Below are the grade level planning sheets. These do not need to returned to Clover Bar, they are for students and their families to help plan their courses before registering for options on PowerSchool.
We want our students at Clover Bar to be as comfortable as possible, especially for our grade 6 to 7 transition. Below is a link for our families to complete with their student to help Clover Bar Administration support the academic needs of your child.
One of the components that supports a positive experience is having a friendly face or two in your homeroom class! In the Student Request and Programming Information form below, we ask for three student names that your student is connected to so that we can do everything we can to ensure they have at least one positive connection in their class.
There are also other questions that will help us set your student up for success at Clover Bar!
